CUCAT-G5A target catalyzes the self polymerization of isocyanates, especially TDI. The main features are as follows:
Effectively reduce the content of free isocyanate (free TDI monomer) in the curing agent.
In the synthesis of TDI Trimer curing agent, the amount of free TDI monomer can be reduced to less than 0.5%, which meets the requirements of environmental protection standards, which is due to the high selectivity and high activity of catalytic reaction of G5A.
It has high catalytic activity and significantly shortens the synthetic reaction time.
The addition amount is small, and there is no need to add additional auxiliary catalysts such as triethylamine.
It can be inactivated after neutralization in the later stage of the reaction, which does not affect the storage stability of the curing agent.
User's Guide:
The initial addition amount is 0.05 ~ 2.05%.
The packaging container must be kept closed during storage, and the opening of the can shall be sealed immediately after taking it, and it cannot be placed open.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.
