YRLH-1106 is a high-performance polyurethane hardener designed as a PU latent hardener for one-component, moisture-cured polyurethane systems. Based on an imine-curing mechanism, this PU hardener remains inactive at room temperature for exceptional storage stability and quickly triggers crosslinking when exposed to ambient moisture. The result is uniform, bubble-free polyurethane with outstanding mechanical integrity.

Features & Advantage:
YRLH-1106 is an imine based latent curing agent, commonly used as a latent curing agent for single component moisture cured polyurethane. When exposed to moisture, it can quickly release amine chain extenders and react with isocyanate groups to form polymer materials, with the following characteristics:
Fundamentally solve the common defects such as bulges and bubbles in moisture cured polyurethane: As a PU latent hardener, YRLH-1106 basically avoids CO2 bubbles caused by the reaction between moisture and -NCO during the solidification process.
Excellent storage stability. Under anhydrous sealing conditions, the storage stability with isocyanate components hardly increases viscosity.
Significantly improve the curing speed of moisture cured polyurethane. Generally, compared to traditional wet curing, the surface and internal drying is faster, and when combined with WCAT series catalysts and auxiliary catalysts, faster surface and internal sodify performance can be achieved.
Improve mechanical properties. YRLH-1106 can be used to produce dense and bubble free polyurethane, avoiding the decrease in mechanical properties caused by bubbles. Delivers higher tensile strength and elongation by producing defect-free polyurethane networks, making it an ideal polyurethane hardener for demanding applications.
Less addition, lower cost. Compared to general latent curing agents, the dosage of YRLH-1106 is lower.
Applications:
Used as a latent curing agent for single component moisture cured polyurethane, widely used in various coatings (waterproof coatings, etc.), single component polyurea, adhesive glue, sealant, etc;
Used for two-component polyurethane as a dehydrating agent in construction processes such as pouring, spraying, and scraping, which can avoid problems such as bubbles, bulges, pinholes, peeling, and matte caused by moisture.
User's Guide:
Usage: It is recommended to add and stir evenly in the later stage of production (i.e. after the pre polymerization reaction is completed).
Suggested addition amount: The general addition amount is 0.2-1%, and the addition amount can be calculated based on NCO%. Generally, the more added within the theoretical amount, the faster the curing.
It is recommended to use it together with the excellent moisture curing catalyst WCAT series and auxiliary catalyst WCAT-WQ01, which can significantly improve the surface and internal solidification of the moisture curing polyurethane.
It is necessary to avoid placing it with can mouth open, and to isolate moisture during storage; It is recommended to fill the can with dry nitrogen gas for sealing protection after each opening.
Handling & Storage: Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.
