CUCE-W is a composite high-efficiency antistatic agent with excellent conductivity. It can form a stable and long-term antistatic molecular layer on the surface of polyurethane materials, reduce the surface resistance of products, and effectively avoid and eliminate the accumulation of static charge caused by friction.

Solubility:
Easily soluble in general polyurethane raw materials, such as various polyether polyols, polyester polyols and plasticizers.

● It has good compatibility with conventional polyurethane raw materials and is uniform and stable after mixing; It does not contain active hydrogen, does not react with isocyanate, does not change the molecular structure of polyurethane, and does not affect the mechanical properties of polyurethane materials. It does not cause foaming, bulging, and basically does not reduce hardness and strength of polyurethane materials.

User’s Guide:
▶ If used for high temperature vulcanized polyurethane casting glue, it is recommended to mix in prepolymer and stir evenly on spot before production. It is recommended that the stability in high temperature prepolymer should be evaluated before use to prevent gel accidents caused by incompatibility. If it is used for two-component polyurethane composite, it is recommended to premix it into polyol components, which can generally be stored stably for a long time. If it is premixed into isocyanate components and need long storage, storage stability test must be carried out first.
▶ The dosage depends on the situation. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2%, which can reach 108 stably.

Shelf Life:
The unopened shelf life is 24 months from production date. If the antistatic performance is not affected after the shelf life, it can still be used as qualified products.
