Features & Applications:
UVK-PG04 is a high-efficiency antioxidant and anti yellowing agent developed for the yellowing resistant glue in polyurethane sports floor, especially for breathable sports floor. It can significantly inhibit and delay the aging characteristics of TDI and MDI glues such as yellowing, pulverization, cracking, stickiness and delamination, which are easy to occur in outdoor use. By comprehensively reducing the damage of light, oxygen, heat and other external factors to the molecular structure of polyurethane, delaying the yellowing and aging of polyurethane, achieving the purpose of improving the quality and extending the service life. It has the following characteristics:
Eliminate free radicals and block the degradation of polymer segments: By capturing and eliminating free radicals, it can prevent the destructive active groups from further reacting with the polymer segments to cause chain breaking, and inhibit and delay the degradation and aging of materials.
Excellent yellow and oxygen resistance: With the same dosage, the effect is significantly higher than that of the general “anti oxygen + anti UV” composite configuration on the market, providing excellent outdoor light and color retention for the plastic track.
Long term effectiveness: It has the characteristics of large monomer molecular mass and good compatibility, reduces migration at high and low temperatures, and is conducive to the long-term effectiveness of anti oxygen and anti yellow.
Low comprehensive cost: The dosage of the same effect is less than that of the same kind of anti yellow antioxidant.
User's Guide:
UVK-PG04 can be used as anti yellowing and anti-aging agent in single component polyurethane glue, silicon Pu and two-component plastic track. It is especially suitable for yellowing resistant glue of breathable sports floor, which has more obvious anti yellowing and anti-aging functions.
Although the possibility of precipitation after long-term storage is small, it is still recommended to fully stir before use.
When using, it needs to be heated so as to completely melt. Ensure that the material temperature is more than 75 ℃, and fully stir evenly. It can be added at any stage in the production, and it is recommended to add it at the later stage of the reaction.
The use amount depends on the yellowing resistance grade and the oxygen resistance effect. Within 3% of the total PU amount as the upper limit threshold, the more the amount, the better the effect. However, the recommended amount is generally 0.3-2% of the total amount of glue / plastic track / silicon PU.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.

Shelf Life: The unopened shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture. After expiration, it can still be used if it pass the qualify test.
