YRXP-07 is a general-purposed high-efficiency defoamer for non aqueous system. It has the features and advantages as below:
Excellent foam inhibition effect. It can inhibit the generation of bubbles caused by dynamic factors such as stirring and impact, and reduce bubbles caused by stirring and impact.
Excellent foam breaking effect. It has strong bubble breaking function for the generated bubbles, and can quickly eliminate micro bubbles and large bubbles under various viscosity systems.
Low dosage. Based on its excellent and efficient performance, in most systems, its addition is significantly less than that of other types of defoamers.
Environmental protection and safety. It can be used for product applications in contact with food.
Applications：
YRXP-07 is a general-purpose high-efficiency defoamer, which is generally used in non-aqueous solvents and solvent-free systems, filled and non filled systems, and is suitable for foam inhibition and defoaming in the field of polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic acid and other products.
It is recommended to be used in polyurethane elastomers, coatings, adhesives, sealants,etc with remarkable results.
Adding YRXP-07 can reduce the transparency of the system, and it is not recommended to apply it to high transparency products.
User's Guide:
Due to different raw materials, viscosity and other parameters, the general addition amount is 0.1%-0.3%, and the best amount should be determined after small-scale tests.
It is recommended to shake and disperse the product evenly before use. It can be used it diluting with diluent;
In order to obtain better defoaming effect, it should be ensured that the added YRXP-07 has been fully and evenly dispersed in the system.
After unsealing, it needs to be sealed and stored after use.
